Crude oil prices fell 23% in the global market. In this regard, experts say that after the reduction of crude oil prices in the global market, the government should immediately reduce the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan so that the people get maximum relief.

If calculated in this way, gasoline in Pakistan can be up to Rs 27 per liter cheaper. It should be noted that in the month of February, the government decided to keep prices of petroleum products, Ogra had suggested a hike in the price of diesel per liter and a slight reduction in the price of petrol, which was rejected.

The federal government decided to keep prices of all petroleum products at current levels in the month of February.

This month, the price of petrol will be maintained at Rs 116, 60 paise per liter, high speed diesel Rs 127, 26 paise per liter, light diesel Rs 84, 51 paise per liter and kerosene at Rs 99 per 45 paise. Now, the price of crude oil in the global market has dropped by 23%. If this calculates the reduction in prices of petroleum products in Pakistan, then petrol in Pakistan can be cheaper by Rs 27 per liter, followed by petrol. The price may be Rs 90 per liter, while the price of high-speed diesel is likely to drop to Rs 29 per liter, followed by the high-speed diesel at Rs 98 per liter.
